Product Concept
Egg Flavor (or Egg Emulsion) is a liquid or powder flavoring made from food-grade components including diketones, lactones, and vanillin, with carriers like propylene glycol and maltodextrin. It replicates the aroma of fried eggs, steamed eggs, or egg-based milk, compensating for flavor loss during processing.

- Appearance: Pale yellow to yellow liquid; or white to pale yellow powder (spray-dried type)
- Aroma: Rich and long-lasting aroma of fried egg, steamed egg, or egg and milk
- Solubility: Available in water-soluble, oil-soluble, water-oil dual-soluble, and powder forms
- Stability: ≥85% retention rate at instantaneous 180℃ and baking 450℃
